For our Guests Without Dental Insurance:
All services are covered! There are no yearly maximums, deductibles, exclusions or waiting periods.
Yearly Membership Dues:
- Classic member $400 (Valued at $592)
- Periodontal Member $450 (Valued at $674)
- Pediatric Member (ages 12 & Under) $300 (Valued at $442)

Terms and Conditions
- Membership fees must be paid in full prior to receiving benefits
- Cannot be used in conjunction with a dental insurance plan or special offers.
- The plan is subject to change yearly
- Non-refundable, Non-transferrable.
- For Invisalign patients, in order to retain the savings plan benefits, you must remain a plan member for the duration of treatment
- CareCredit financing cannot be used to pay for the dental savings plan. CareCredit users will only receive a 10% discount on restorative services.
- This plan only applies to services rendered at Premier Dental of Greensboro and does not include any treatment or services provided elsewhere by any other provider or services covered by workman’s compensation.
- All family members must live in the same household.
- The effective date is the day you sign up and your renewal date is the same date every year.
